Our VR Mindfulness Training application for Oculus Quest devices offers an immersive and tranquil escape, designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness. In collaboration with the CUHK Nursing Department, we have developed three guided exercises: Body Scan, Stretching, and Observation, each aimed at helping users achieve mental clarity and physical calm.
Set in serene environments inspired by tranquil locations around the world, users can currently immerse themselves in the peaceful surroundings of Tung Lung Chau in Hong Kong, Fuji Lake, and Nikko in Japan. Our clients include nursing department, Psychiatry department at hospitals in Hong Kong, Universitiesetc., further integrating our software into therapeutic environments. With more exercises and zenful scenes from across the globe on the way, our VR mindfulness experience continues to expand, offering deeper relaxation and mindfulness journeys.
VR Mindfulness Training - Body Scan is a guided mindfulness exercise designed to help users cultivate awareness of their physical sensations and promote deep relaxation. VR Mindfulness Training - Observation offers a unique and immersive experience set in the peaceful surroundings of an onsen hotel in Nikko, Japan. In this session, users are guided to mindfully observe their tranquil environment, engaging all of their senses. As part of the experience, users are invited to interact with a virtual apple, allowing them to practice mindful eating.
By focusing on the look, feel, and taste of the apple, users can cultivate a deeper awareness of their senses and the present moment. From the crisp bite to the subtle flavors, this exercise encourages users to slow down and fully savor the experience, promoting relaxation, mindfulness, and a stronger connection to their surroundings.
